Shipping to me
-Please ensure your item(s) are packed well to prevent damage.
-If you are having face up slots you can include eyes and a wig if you like, especially if you want brows matched to a certain colour wig. I have lots of options here for eyes but have very few wigs.
-Please include a face mask if you have one, if you don't then I can sort something out on my end for a small fee.

UK
- please send your head(s) or doll with necessary cover such as 1st class signed for (cover up to £50) or Special delivery (cover up to £500). If you are using a courier please discuss this with me as I avoid certain carriers.

International
-Always ship to me with tracking.

IMPORTANT
-When sending dolls or head to me from overseas you have to be mindful of UK Customs. Customs fees are 20% of the declared value of your package, plus a handling fee. Your options are as follows:
1. Mark your package as a gift and value it at the equivalent of £36 or less.
2. If you don't mark as gift you need to value it at the equivalent of £15 or less.
3. Mark and insure at full value and accept you will have to pay customs fees. For example if you send a doll marked at £400 value the customs fee would be in excess of £80.
-If you mark your parcel's value down please bear in mind this needs to be done on the customs form AND when considering insurance during shipping. If you mark at £36 but then put £400 insurance on it, they will tax you on the declared insurance.

Note - Although there is always a risk, during my 12 years of taking commissions I have NEVER had a marked down package get damaged or go missing if that is a concern you have. I am looking into a better way of dealing with customs.

Shipping to you
UK
-Prices are £5-25 depending on what you have sent me to work on. Typically one or two heads can be returned for
£5-8 depending on the amount of cover you want. Full dolls are £16-25 depending on weight and value.

International
-Prices vary from £14+
-Typically a head or two can cost £16-20 for tracked. The maximum cover is £250 for this.
There is an equivalent to EMS, with more cover, but this is more expensive.
-Be warned, if sending me a full large doll, then return shipping can be very high and unstrung is normally the best way to handle this. I tend to hunt out the best courier, please contact me if you intend to do this so I can sort a quote out.
-I am happy to mark value down but this is at your own risk.

-In all cases I pack items with a lot of care and packing materials, any damage or loss is not my responsibility, it is down to the postal carrier. I am happy to help you with any claims you have to make with shipping in either direction.
